About The Program

Proudly Serving the
Northern California Bay Area
We are the Official Program Provider of Ernie Els #GameON Autism® Golf. Our vision is to help a wide variety of juniors to adapt to the golf game.
Curriculum
The program is special and unique because golf instructors not only deliver golf instruction but also incorporate specific autism learning objectives into their lessons. Throughout the course of the 12 sessions, lesson plans center around one of four learning concepts targeted to the needs of people with autism.

How We Teach?
Each activity that is taught will begin with a simplified version of the targeted motion so all participants can understand the golf concept being taught, then perform the motion. This promotes an abilities or challenges, can participate in station activities together. Begin activities by practicing simple motion-based drills then slowly building up towards a swing movement will ensure success and avoid frustrations.

Our Goal
The program is infused with evidence-based practices for teaching golf to people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Participants learn golf skills while practicing specific autism learning concepts, including communication, emotional regulation, motor, and social skills. The goal of the program is for participants to achieve their individual golf successes and to build confidence and self-esteem in a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment.
